Abstract

Analysis on the General Directorate of Registries and Notaries doctrine set by three Resolutions of 8 August 2019 and one of 30 June 2016 about the legal significance of the municipal resolution for the registration of the old building land-planning situation in accordance with Article 28.4.c) of the current Spanish Land Law.
