The marital or couple crisis determines, among other measures, that the ownership of parental authority corresponds to both parents or one of them is deprived of it, if there is a legal cause for it. Likewise, the exercise of guardianship and custody may correspond to both parents -guardianship and joint custody- or to only one -guardianship and exclusive custody. In both cases, the non-custodial parent has a right to visit, communicate and stay with their minor children or disabled adults, as well as a right to visit in favor of grandparents, relatives and relatives, subordinate in scope, in any case, to that of the parents. The present study is going to focus on the regime of visitation rights, communication and stay of the parents and the consequences that derive from their existence, suspension, suppression or, their non-establishment, in situations of conflict between them, violence of gender, domestic violence and vicarious violence.
