Abstract

Act 38/99 of 5 November on Construction establishes a system of guarantees set up on the basis of property damage insurance or surety. We are going to examine the exigibility of tenyear insurance policies under Additional Provision 2 of the Construction Act and the cases where exemptions may be made in the light of the amendment effected in article 105 of Act 53/2002 on fiscal measures, administrative measures and measures of a social nature, their effects in registration and their handling by jurisprudence.
