Abstract

When the purpose of a contract is maintained for the duration of the contractual relationship, the fabric of rights and obligations that forms the contract's contents cannot be legally subjected. Nevertheless, if clearly and obviously unjustified enrichments are authorised, and if party A's contracted consideration has become impossible to render, it makes no sense for party B to have to render its promised consideration, even in a reduced form.
