A minor more than fourteen years of age legally residing in Aragón must be regarded as a legitimate party to legal proceedings, as she is the person named in the legal relationship and she has appeared in court as such, duly represented by her mother. She must bear all consequences of the proceedings, including any costs awarded to her.
