PARENTS OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE SUPPORT TO DISABLED ELDEST SON
Keywords:
DISABLED ELDEST SON, ALIMONYAbstract
The disability of an eldest son does not determine the termination or modification of support that parents should provide. It should be equal to the support given to children while living in the family homo if the child hasn't got any type of income. It is the duty of parents to assist their children at any age, not only minors.
