Abstract

Nobility titles  are very personal merits that  are not  part of the  will estate  and  that  are different of the ordinary regulation, being  of application a bout the concession and  historical normative order. The prescription by lineage or family descent. The possession of a nobiliary right does not  imply a right of his inheritance, but exclusively the recognition of his  status as best  possessor in  the  succession or- der. We deal the  succession of the title  to the founder in  front  of the  last  possessor.
