Nobiliary right and immemorial prescription by lineage or family descent: the title is for hereditary succession to the founder not to the last possesor

Abstract

Nobility titles  are very personal merits that  are not  part of the  will estate  and  that  are different of the ordinary regulation, being  of application a bout the concession and  historical normative order. The prescription by lineage or family descent. The possession of a nobiliary right does not  imply a right of his inheritance, but exclusively the recognition of his  status as best  possessor in  the  succession or- der. We deal the  succession of the title  to the founder in  front  of the  last  possessor.
