Abstract

This comment analyzes the legal treatment of plots partially included in an area subject to plot-redivision and the different possibilities of selling the internal part to a third party for consideration in the corresponding plot-redivision Project, such as the segregation of the plot by the Project itself or prior to it, the technique of the urban development rights or the sale of percentages of ownership.
