Abstract

In this commentary we will analyze the urban requirements to be met for the registration of three different but intimately related concepts: the building complexes, the lying-down horizontal property and the regular horizontal property, conducting a systematic and critical presentation of the criteria followed by the Directorate General for Registers and Notaries in order to practice such registration in parallel with the developments in the legislation in this area.
