Abstract

The importance of time has a special impact on the life development of a minor since family relationships that may be affected after the family breakdown or after the abandonment of minors are decisive in their maturation. Procedures to ensure, for example, a form of custody and custody as balanced as possible that guarantees their adequate psychological and social development, or a right of communication and visits that always requires the maximum collaboration between parents in order to achieve a framework of Family normality approaching as close as possible to the existing coexistence model before the marriage breakdown, or the concretion of the pre-adoptive guardianship ... can be excessively prolonged, especially when it comes to international procedures (child abduction and change of residence within the European space ...).
