Abstract

This paper analyzes the latest doctrine of the General Directorate of Legal Security and Public Faith on the problem of the validity and effectiveness of prohibitive community agreements on tourist housing and other forms of tourist accomodation in builings divided into horizontal property as a result of the reform of Article 17 of the Spanish Horizontal Property Act introduced by Royal Decree-Law 7/2019 of 1 March, on urgent measures in housing and rental.
