Abstract

Law 8/2021, of June 2 has recently been approved, modifying numerous precepts of the civil code and other substantives and adjectives laws. Specifically, a new regulation is give to preventive power and mandates as voluntary support measures for the person with disabilities in the exercise of their legal capacity. This study is going to center on the critical legal analysis of its legal regime.
