Liability for debts contracted by spouses in the economic regime of separations of assets

In the regime of separation of assets, each spouse owns the assets that they have at the time of initialization and those that they later acquire by and title, likewise, they have their own resources that they freely spend and administer your asset. Howevwe, neither the separate and exclusive owership of the assets, nor the complete autonomy of each the spouses in the administration and disposition of these prevents both from being obliged to contribute to the lifting of the burdens of marriage (articles 1318 and 1438 of the Code Civil). This study is going to centre on the responsability of the spousses for the debts and that derived from the exercise of ordinary domestic power and the extinction of the economic regime of the work compensation game for the home.
