Abstract

The purpose of this commentary is to provide an initial and descriptive view on the regulatory framework for reparcelling in relation to the coordination between the Cadastral Plots and the Land Registry Properties in accordance with Law 13/215 of June 13, 2001 and the Resolutions issued of 26 October 2015 and 23 September 2020.
