Abstract

The importance of the emotional and affective development of the minor is an essential element in parental co-responsibility, but above all in the different regimes of personal relationships between parents and children, since it must not only affect the individual rights and interests of the parents, but also, It is fundamental in defending the rights and duties of minors. The emotional development of the minor finds full justification as a basic element principle of interpretation and integration of parental co-responsibility in personal parent-child relationships, but also as an essential element in adoption.
