Abstract

Both the European Court of Human Rights Judgment Cruz Garcia v Spain, no 2022/73, 14th June 2022, and the High Court of Madrid Order from 11th January 2023, which annuls its previous Judgement from 11 January 2022, again, open the debate on whether interested third parties, who can be identified in the Land Registry books, have to be summoned by courts into administrative proceedings and also the debate on the different means of notification when the potential number of interested third parties is high.
