Abstract

Tradition in the regulation of the community of property during a marriage is not consistent with the present society where both spouses work outside. One example of this assertion can be found in matter of torts. The regulation establishes that torts consequence of an individual act are laid on the community. The author's conclusión is that the regulation should be changed so that each spouse is responsible for his or her own acts when professional activities are concerned.
