Abstract

Critical analysis of jurisprudence on the preterition of a person entitled to a legitime, due to the omission of any reference to that person in the will, without that person's having received any compensation whatsoever on account of the legitime and without any cause whatsoever justifying preterition. Preterition must be assessed in connection with the time when the will was made.
