Abstract

Health services encompass a series of activities that cannot be regulated in the same way, nor can the same criteria in matters of liability be applied to all health sectors. However, that distinction is not included in article 28 of the General Law on Consumer and User Defence, and this fact may lead us to erroneous assertions.
