Abstract

The legal mandate referring to the recording in the registry of the right of the person entitled to reversion must be held to be inapplicable in those events where reversion is intrinsically contradicted by the expropriation or has disappeared due to waiver or supervening absence of the causes legitimating acknowledgement of the reversion.
