Abstract

At a time when concern over compliance with urban development laws is growing and is even the object of social alarm roused by cases of corruption that have drawn journalistic interest, it is interesting to analyse the limits between the efficacy of the discipline and control of urban development laws in connection with the fundamental rights, particularly rights protected by conclusive title.
