LA CONDICIÓN MOBILIARIA DE LAS CASAS DE MADERA.
Keywords:
PERSONAL PROPERTY, WOODEN HOUSESAbstract
This article takes on the topic of the legal nature of transportable wooden houses, particularly their status as personal or real property. Their initial and doubtful consideration as real property for reasons of their physical makeup and purpose (housing) has led to trouble determining whether they are personal or real property. Difficult consequences ensue in registration and mortgaging. The paper concludes, however, in a clear defence of the stance that transportable wooden houses are personal property.
