Critical analysis of Supreme Court case law on tacit legacy acceptance. The need for the acts revealing the heir's willingness to accept to be clear, precise and unequivocal. Acceptance cannot be only partial. Mere possession of the property does not suffice; tacit acceptance requires acts of administration or disposal performed in the capacity of heir. It does not entail consent to partition.
