MENTAL ANGUISHAbstract
Mental anguish suffered by a man who discovers that a child born during his marriage does not belong to him. There is evidence of the wife's negligence in the procreation of the child and her fraudulent intent in concealing from her then-husband his nonpaternity of the child and in permitting the child to be registered as his in the knowledge that it was not his child, despite her husband's stated doubts. Support payments will be established in the separation and a challenge of paternity will be filed.
