Abstract

The object of this commentary is to analyse some of the aspects of the classic conflict between two fundamental rights consecrated by the Spanish Constitution, the right to freedom of information and the right to honour. Both are fundamental pillars of our society, and in their exercise they tend to collide. Particular focus is given to outlining the requirements of form and the material requirements that must be met in order for the right to information to be exercised without injuring the right to honour. That is, the limits on the right to information.
