Abstract

When visiting rights are not enough to provide father and child with the right environment to rebuild their relationship, the only potentially successful way of setting up a real relationship between the two is to grant guardianship and custody of the child to the father, and accordingly to revoke the guardianship and custody granted to the mother and give her visiting rights instead.
