Abstract

The articles 1.531 at 1.534 of the Spanish civil Code contemplate the transmission to onerous title of the heredity and is possible by the gratuitous title. In particular, in the sale of the quota, constant jurisprudence the determination of the object and of the declared absence of the buyer's responsibility in debts and loads that can relapse on this hereditary quota. In this work it will be the doctrinal and jurisprudencial of the heredity sale, and the specialty of their object and the possibility that it is part - this quota - of an option contract.
