Abstract

On numerous occasions jurisprudence has upheld the viability of action to nullify fraudulent contributions to corporate capital by a bankrupt debtor. In this paper we merely review the said judgments, leaving for another paper (immediately to follow) our reflections on the arguments given in the judgments about said viability.
