Abstract

On numerous occasions case law has upheld the viability of revocatory action against capital contributions made by a debtor involved in bankruptcy proceedings. Having laid out the reasoning behind said case law in a previous paper, in this paper we have addressed the general and individual requirements that must be weighed for the application of an appeal for revocation in the analysed circumstances.
