Abstract

Commentary on the Decision of the Spanish Directorate-General of Registries and Notarial Affairs of 19 May 2010 (BOE, No. 162, 5 July 2010) concerning a refusal to register a plot redivision for development on nondevelopable land, despite the fact that the plot redivision was in accordance with the appropriate city planning document.
