LA POSICIÓN JURÍDICA DE LOS EXTRANJEROS A LA LUZ DEL TEXTO CONSTITUCIONAL DE LA NUEVA LEY 2/2009, DE 11 DE DICIEMBRE, DE REFORMA DE LA LEY DE EXTRANJERÍA Y DE LA NORMATIVA DE DESARROLLO.

Abstract

In this paper I attempt to analyse a current issue which is the legal state of foreigners considering the reforms which have taken place throughout the past months, which I turn were necessary for the adaptation to current requirements. Therefore, I analyse LO 2/2009, of the 11th of December, which modifies LO 4/ 2000, within its objectives I find an establishment of the framework of foreigners' rights and free wills which garantees the full practice of basic rights, improving the legal canalization of the laboral migration in-flows as well as reinforcing integration aiming at achieving an ambit of identity and cultural blending.
