The subject of this study is the loan contract secured by a right in rem of antichresis to finance both the stay of a person declared dependent in a nursing home and home care. A singularity of this antichresis is that the antichresis creditor undertakes to lease the property given as security to pay the interest on the loan with the rents and the capital refund granted.
