Abstract

The owner of a sculpture violates the artist’s nonpecuniary right to the integrity of his or her work if the owner does not comply with the obligation to preserve the sculpture and does not take measures to safeguard the conception and singularity of the artistic creation when moving the sculpture to a different site.
