Abstract

Suitability is not a static concept. It is a dynamic, relational concept, because it must be seen in relationship with a particular family and a particular child. Therefore, depending on the unique features of the child, there will be applicants whose characteristics, circumstances and abilities make them suitable, and other applicants whose characteristics, circumstances and abilities make them unsuitable.
