Abstract

The Directorate-General of Registries and Notarial Affairs' Decision of 25 June 2012 again denies that a non-trading partnership has legal personality unless it is organized under commercial law and registered in the Business Registry. This contradicts, inter alia, potential arguments of a historical nature for the interpretation of articles 1669 and 1670 of the Civil Code.
