Abstract

The concordances between Roman legal texts and current arbitration regulations (Spanish Act 60/2003 of 23 December on arbitration, amended by Spanish Act 11/2011 of 20 May) are highlighted to show where the master lines of Roman arbitration survive in prevailing Spanish law today.
