Abstract

In order to enjoy priority in case of bankruptcy of pledgor, the agreements on collaterals on credits, when these credits are still not born (such us collaterals on audiovisual rights arising for football and basketball clubs for participation in the professional leagues), must be formalized as a pledge without transfer of possession and be registered in the Movables Register.
