Abstract

The voluntary consent to the carrying out of assisted reproduction techniques and wish to conceive a child on the part of the married woman with the biological mother, makes the exercise of claiming for affiliation of state possession and acts as title of attribution of motherhood. Ownership status arises from the marriage and must prioritize the interests of the children and the stability of the family.
