Abstract

It's predictably that in a short period of time, a new regulation which unifies the Civil Code and the Commercial Code will be approved in Argentina. This paper presents a comparative analysis of liability regulated in the Argentinian Draft of Civil and Commercial Code of 2012 in the light of the new European Tort Law and, in particular, in the light of the Principles of European Tort Law and the Draft Common Frame of Reference.
