Abstract

It is of great value to the economy of our country a good succession planning in family businesses, because it generates a significant economic impact. The hereditary problems affect the continuity of the company. In this work it is intended to provide the current rules of our civil law, taking into account the power of the testator (employer) to be able to freely dispose mortis causa for his family-owned companies according to the regulations in force, family companies.
