Abstract

This paper analyzes the situation in the unmarried couples when one of them dies and succession occurs. Navarra has tried to solve this problem, equating the rights of unmarried couples with marriages but the Constitutional Court, in its recent Judgment 93/2013 of 23 April, established the unconstitutionality of the measure.
