Abstract

This paper attempts to resolve the problems arising the leases of property that is jointly owned by several people. its analyzed when is an act of ad-ministration, and therefore only requires a majority, and when is an act of disposition and is enforceable, however, unanimity of all owners and contract, therefore, is radically void for lack of consent.
