Once adopted Law 3/2014 of 27th March, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and users and other complementary laws, which was approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16th November, and that regulates the protection of consumers and users, we will analyze the successive legal reforms on civil liability for blood and blood products until the current text. We will approach the developments within the new bill and the factual it solves. We'll see how the compensation of the victim and his full reparation is based, according the doctrine. Finally, we will study the most significant cases from the jurisprudence point of view, also analyzing the chances that the extrajudicial solving of conflicts offers.
