Abstract

Each property registration system works from a set of principles that serve as rules of interpretation of the mortgage system. These principles deployed effects to a greater or lesser extent contribute to build confidence in the acquisition of real estate. They are rules that determine the value of all the entries in the dissimilar circumstances that occur in the real estate legal transactions. The preference or priority translated prevalence of rights over others is precisely the registry principles in the Latin American mortgage law has achieved the most varied hues. Cuba is in a process of redemption of land registration in real estate where the first priority has intrinsic characteristics that make its design sui generis.
