Controversial questions and practical implications concerning the guard and custody

Abstract

The guard and custody shared as guard's modality that is regulated in the article 92 of the Civil Code and of a more wide form in some statutory legislations raises a series of questions with an important practical trascendency that has generated an important jurisprudential doctrine besides his relation with other measures fixed on regulation agreement or on processes of nullity, separation and divorce as the alimentary pension and the atribution of the use of housing on the analysis of such matters it is going to centre on the present study.
