Abstract

With this article I pretend to make an approach to the legal action of sanitation by eviction, while trying to thresh the reasons that led the General Commission of Codification to bet on the suppression of sanitation by eviction in its Proposal for a bill to modify the Civil Code in matters of contract for the sale of goods of 2005.
