Abstract

This work pretend to analyze the good faith of land register’s principle as a complex case that contains two different extremes: one about acquisition and the other about protection. In the first case, we will analyze the non domino acquisition that is formulated in the article 2014 of our Civil Code, as well as its requirements and effects. Lately, we will check the second case, which we will interpret as a case of opposition against all of the written for a better protection in the acquisition. This will help to verify how this figure regulates conflictive cases as the contained in falsification of documents.
