Abstract

In this work is to analyze one of the main aspects in which the impact of the Directive 2014/17/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 February 2014 (which should have been transposed in March 2016): The necessary information prior to the conclusion of the contract must be provided to the borrower in order to get a conscious decision-making (provision of a standardised pre-contractual information tab, delivery of a copy of the draft contract, information on actual cost or expenditure and on the consequences of non-compliance, transparency,.).In the framework of the provisions of Directive 2014/17/EU on pre-contractual information to give to the borrower, it is intended to identify and determine the extent to which the transposition of this Directive will affect our rules currently in force and certain practices in the framework of the granting of mortgage loans have been developed up to now.
