The protection of the minors in situation of abandonment

Abstract

The organic law 8/2015, of July 22 and the law 26/2015, of July 28 they have reformed the regulation relative to the juridical actions of minors' protection. The present study is going to centre on the analysis of such modifications, more in I make concrete, in the actions in situation of abandonment, in the guard and guardianship assumed by the public entities and in the familiar and residential receive in his regulation in the organic law 1/1996, on January 15 of juridical protection of the minor and in the Civil Code.
