The best interests of the child in the jurisprudence of the Supreme Court

This work develops the jurisprudence of the Supreme Court in relation to the lower interest. This principle has come to outline different interpretative criteria. The difficulty is that the child is the holder of rights and the interest is presented as a guiding principle that covers different family situations that public or private entities, administrative bodies and tribunals have to realize before the conflict of prevalence of the child’s interest.
